FEATURES

Concentric type disc designed for high fluid flow capacity (Cv), low fluid resistance and bi-directional sealing.

The unique design of the top and bottom of the seat and the hub of the disc for primary and secondary sealing in the stem direction maintains a perfect stem seal and is fully shieldable under vacuum or regulated pressure.

Special machining and polishing of the hub and end of the disc to minimise fluid flow resistance and extend the life of the seat, allowing it to be operated with low operating torque.

Easy to replace seats.

O-Ring moulded into the seat to eliminate the need for gaskets on the flange face.

Built-in bushings for smooth operation and to reduce side thrust and torque.

Stainless steel disc screws are designed for quick and easy disassembly and assembly.

Factory tested to full regulated pressure to ensure full shielding

Available with Buna-N or EPDM seats, with other materials available to order.

Type approved by the world's major classification societies.

Double flange body design according to JIS F7480

GENERAL APPLICATION

Figure V11 is a double flange type and full rubber line valve for industrial use, especially for marine applications.
